Staying at 14th Floor Hotel was an extraordinary experience! The breathtaking views of Mount Ararat were a highlight, and the rooftop made for stunning photo opportunities at sunrise. The staff were particularly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. On the downside, the quirky room setup felt a bit like an apartment, which may not be to everyone's taste, but the overall value for the price is hard to beat.
Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience, with welcoming staff and a cozy room. The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to various attractions. While the breakfast was good, I think there's room for improvement in the menu options. Also, the noise from nearby construction was a bit bothersome, particularly at night, but overall, it was a highly enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The views from my room and the terrace were breathtaking, especially with Mount Ararat in sight. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, and the location in downtown Yerevan couldn't be any better. However, while the breakfast was satisfactory, I felt it could offer more variety. Overall, this hotel was definitely worth the money with its clean and comfortable accommodations and friendly service.
